Where is the Istanbul New Airport?
As the largest airport in the world in terms of passenger capacity, the Istanbul New Airport is located on the European side of Istanbul. Situated on a massive area of 76.5 square kilometres, it is located in Göktürk Arnavutköy, Çatalca junction, and is between the Tayakadın-Akpınar districts. As it is located in the new transportation region of Istanbul, Istanbul airport transport methods currently include private cars and public transportation.

It is possible to reach the Istanbul Airport via the HAVAİST (Bus Operations of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality) and İETT (Istanbul Electric Tram and Tunnel) buses, as well as by taxi and by private car.
